This evening I get to do a food review (I love my job sometimes!) at The Alice Hawthorn.
It’s just been revamped and the menu looks cracking. I can’t wait to tuck into the Pan Seared Scallops, Belly Pork, Black Pudding & Pear Puree followed by the Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Sauteed Wild Mushrooms, Truffled Leeks & Pea Shoots, and don’t even get me started on the Dark Chocolate Fondant…
They have their own vegetable garden, rear their own pigs and hens, and they go foraging too. I’m excited! I’ll let you know how it all turns out.
